Dr. Boinpally is a long term and active member of the American Dental Association, the Illinois State Dental Society and the Chicago Dental Society. She completed her undergraduate and graduate studies at The Ohio State University. She practices dentistry in the north and northwest suburbs of Chicago and loves providing gentle, highly professional, superior dental care for patients of all ages.

Dr. Boinpally always strives to stay current in her field and keep pace with the latest improvements in dental technology and techniques. She regularly attends continuing education courses around the country so that she can offer her patients the highest-quality and most up to date care at all times. Dr. Boinpally holds advanced certifications in the area of laser dentistry from World Clinical Laser Institute (WCLI) and particularly enjoys cosmetic dentistry and full mouth rehabilitation. She encourages all her patients to view dentistry as a vital part of total body health and wellness by bridging medicine and dentistry in her practice. Dr. Boinpally is fluent in Spanish, Telugu, and Hindi. In her spare time, Dr. Boinpally enjoys cooking, travelling, and spending time with her loving husband, son, and daughter.

Abishek is the Managing Director at Umbrella Dental Partners who oversees all aspects of day-to-day operations along with Mergers and Acquisitions, Strategy, Finance and Technology. He has been with the company right from day one that started with its first location in Highwood, IL and since grown to four practices across three locations in Lake County, IL. Over the past few years he added additional lines of revenue by introducing managed services and building a platform (Software As A Solution) that improves the operational efficiency of a multi location organization.

Abishek started his career as an engineer after receiving his Bachelors in Engineering from India and Masters in Engineering from Wayne State University. He then spent the next eight years working in Software Development and Product Management related roles for both startups and global companies overseeing products and managing global teams. He received his MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and spent the next several years holding various senior leadership positions in Corporate Strategy, M&A, Finance and providing management consulting to fortune 100 companies.

Abishek takes the most pride and joy in spending time with his kids, Aarik and Aviva, enjoying the outdoors. He likes to participate in amateur autocross racing and hopes that one day he will be able to complete the build on his 05 Subaru.

Dr. Shukla completed her undergraduate education at New York University and Doctor of Dental Medicine at Boston University. After finishing dental school, she completed a General Practice Residency at Berkshire Medical Center in Pittsfield, MA. After completing residency, she practiced dentistry in Massachusetts for a few years until she moved to Illinois. With quality dental care as a top priority, she creates personalized treatment plans to give patients a healthy and long lasting smile.

Dr. Shukla understands that patients can be nervous with dental treatment so she treats all her patients as if they were members of my family. In her spare time, Dr. Shukla enjoys cooking, trying new restaurants, hiking, and spending time with her husband and son.

She has been in the dental field for over 10 years and enjoys what she does very much. She believes that a healthy oral environment is the cornerstone of a healthy body and mind, and she keeps this in mind when she treats her patients. Dr. Dilo teaches at UIC College of Dentistry fixed prosthodontics and periodontics. She has been a clinical instructor in pre-clinic for the past year and is loving this aspect of dentistry. Dr.Dilo is fluent in Albanian and Spanish. In her free time she spends time with her family and her little baby girl. One of her hobbies is painting.

Lisa is a chairside Dental Assistant. Before she began working in dentistry, Lisa studied performing arts with an emphasis on vocal performance. She was choir kid most of her life and still sings through our halls from time to time. Lisas goal in the dental field is to eventually become a registered dental hygienist. Lisa is a classic rock buff and is an animal lover!

Carrie manages and oversees our day to day office operations. She is committed to making sure all patients and their families receive quality, professional dental care, and that every patient has a positive experience in office. Carrie likes all of our patients to feel comfortable and like part of the family. She takes great pride in making sure all our patients leave the office with the tools to make the best decisions for their dental health. Carrie joined the team after graduating Northeastern Illinois University and has over 7 years in the dental field. A little known fact about Carrie is that she went to culinary school before starting her career in dentistry. In her spare time, Carrie enjoys spending time with family, doing outdoor activities, and spending time in her garden.

Heather manages and oversees our day to day office operations. She brings over 18 years of experience in patient care, clinical management, and insurance knowledge. Heather strives to work with patients to ease their fear, understand their dental care needs, and help them to better understand their insurance benefits and how to use them. Heather looks forward to getting to know each patient on an individual basis and is always interested in working to help provide the best experience possible for patients that come through the door. In her spare time, she enjoys outdoor activities such as camping, hiking, and spending time with her husband and her two children and her grandson.

Major focus this year, with two of the Top 10 Global Insurance Carriers, has been to fundamentally transform their technology delivery, user experience and digital strategies to drive profitable growth.

Experience includes Senior Partner at McKinsey & Company, President of Aon Global Retail Brokerage (managing a P&L of over $5 billion in revenue and 28,000 employees). CEO of Aon Reinsurance, President of Aon Americas, Founder and CEO of Insureon (a leading InsureTech broker with $4 billion of premium on its platform) and Senior Manager of Deloitte’s M&A Practice completing numerous capital structure transactions.

Current Board positions include Bankers Insurance and XSELL Technologies (a leading player in Dialogue focused Artificial Intelligence solutions).

Beyond business leadership, major focus on helping athletes reach their goals beyond the field of play. Founded 1WORLD Sports over a decade ago focused on teaching at-risk youth the Responsibilities of an Athlete. Significant focus on supporting the growth of Women’s Hockey (I have two amazing daughters) with contributions supporting the individual training efforts of Olympians and USA Hockey overall.

Zhao leads Corporate Development and Strategic Finance initiatives at Umbrella Dental Partners, bringing nearly 15 years of experience and expertise in Investment Banking and Eq uity Research. He has led strategic transactions for Fortune 500, private equity, and public companies across a broad spectrum of activities, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, leverage buyouts, and financing solutions. Before joining UDP, Zhao served as Vice President at Solomon Partners, Lincoln International, and BMO Capital Markets.

In these roles, he provided strategic counsel primarily within the multi – site healthcare services, business services, and industrials sectors. He played an instrumental role in orchestrating over 15 completed deals, with a cumulative value exceeding 15 billion dollars. Zhao holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship and Analytic Finance from the University of Chicago Booth School Of Business and a BS in Management Info rmation Systems and Finance from Iowa State University

Neel is a Strategic Thought Partner for Umbrella Dental Partners. Neel is also a Global Product Manager at a company in Chicago. His background includes a B.S. from the University of Michigan, an M.S. and Ph.D. from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in chemical engineering, and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Neel is on the faculty as an adjunct professor in Data Marketing at West Virginia University.

He also serves on the scientific advisory board for The Good Food Institute. Neel enjoys cooking, trying new restaurants, and spending time with his loving family.
